About Northfield Hills

This well located community continues to be sought after by anyone interested in the condominium lifestyle. The total mix of more than 600 townhouse and ranch style units offers a number of floor plans that appeal to a variety of age groups and family sizes.

The Northfield Hills Amenities include:

  • an 8,750 square foot Clubhouse with men’s and women’s locker rooms and saunas
  • an exercise area
  • a commercial sized and equipped kitchen
  • a large activities room with a conversationally located fireplace
  • a loft library
  • three regulation-size tennis courts
  • and a 5,100 square foot swimming pool and a children’s wading pool

The Clubhouse is open and staffed weekdays from 9am to 10pm, with hours on Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and on Sunday from 11am to 5pm (open Sunday until 10pm during swimming pool season). An on-site maintenance staff is dedicated to the ongoing and preventative maintenance of the common areas and the Clubhouse. Kathleen Deburghgraeve is our on-site community manager and has an office in the Clubhouse.

Troy High School and Hamilton Elementary School are nearby; plus the location of Somerset Collection shopping mall only two miles away, is a major plus for our residents.

Adding to the appeal of Northfield Hills are the large private park area and lake which are shared exclusively with nearby single-family homeowners with whom we are affiliated through the Community Association of Northfield Hills (CANH). The park offers a paved asphalt walking path with benches, a children’s playground area, and serene vistas for its visitors.

Sales of condominiums are by realtors’ listings or by owners. Information about condos for sale is available at the Clubhouse, provided it has been delivered to the clubhouse or placed on the bulletin board.

For more information regarding the Northfield Hills Condominium Association please contact the on-site office at 248-641-9070 or AMI at 586-739-6001.

Tringali Sanitation wants its customers to recycle and follow certain trash removal procedures set by SOCCRA. The SOCCRA Collection Guide is a great reference for recycling, yard waste, brush and trash removal. We recommend you adhere to their guidelines. To make it easy they have prepared a detailed brochure with great information on preparing your trash.

If you’re a member of a Socrra community and would like a more detailed brochure click here.

Curbside recycling has become quite easy and makes good sense for companies and residents. For details on recycling your cardboard, plastic, glass, electronics, metals and hazardous items click here.
