With its focus on a family friendly environment, superb amenities, preventative maintenance program, scheduled replacements and improvements, and a dedicated forward-thinking Board of Directors, Northfield Hills has sustained its reputation as a "great place to live" through the years. This well located community continues to be sought after by anyone interested in the condominium lifestyle. The total mix of more than 600 townhouse and ranch style units offers a number of floor plans that appeal to a variety of age groups and family sizes.

The Clubhouse is open and staffed weekdays from 9 AM to 10 PM, with hours on Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and on Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM (open Sunday until 10 PM during swimming pool season). An on-site maintenance staff is dedicated to the ongoing and preventative maintenance of the common areas and the Clubhouse. Kathleen Deburghgraeve is our on-site property manager and has an office in the Clubhouse.
Troy High School and Hamilton Elementary School are nearby; plus the location of Somerset Collection shopping mall only two miles away, is a major plus for our residents.
Adding to the appeal of Northfield Hills are the large private park area and lake which are shared exclusively with nearby single-family homeowners with whom we are affiliated through the Community Association of Northfield Hills (CANH). The park offers a paved asphalt walking path with benches, a children's playground area, and serene vistas for its visitors.
The park is home to the very popular "Art on the Lake," sponsored each summer by our Activities Committee. Featuring local and national artists and artisans, this event draws residents from Troy and other neighboring communities. Held every year since 1974, this is the only outdoor juried art fair in Troy. In recent years, a classic car show has been added.
Sales of condominiums are by realtors' listings or by owners. Information about condos for sale is available at the Clubhouse.
